Compose Original Art

In this seven week course you are introduced to the basic rules of composition. Through the knowledge provided in this course you will learn how to establish your thoughts and ideas in order to create original art.

You will be taken through a three-stage process which is perfect for artists who struggle with ideas and the ability to paint or draw that idea. The process can also be used for working on commissioned artworks.

The mediums used in this course are graphite pencil and acrylic paint with the choice to create one completed original artwork in either charcoal, graphite pencil or acrylic paints (providing you have already studied these mediums previously.)

This online composition course requires a minimum of four to eight hours study per week and is suitable for people with some drawing experience or who have previously completed all previous courses in the ‘Paint In Your Pyjamas’ course.

Grading

On completion of this online  course you will receive a grade for your final project piece. The grade is awarded based upon the your ability to fulfil the grading criteria set out at the beginning of the course.

Certificate of Completion

This course is the final unit in a series of six that form a complete course in the fundamental principles of art for the beginner.

Every student who completes all six courses will be awarded a Certificate Of Completion. The Certificate will contain Cindy Wider’s original signature along with her stamped logo and will be sent by post to students anywhere in the world free of charge.

The Certificate Of Completion will be accompanied by a letter containing a list of the subjects studied by the student with the grade achieved for each area of study included alongside.
